SUNY Stony Brook Prof. Milton Lodge to be the 2013 Annenberg Lecture Speaker.

Scholars Program Lectures

The Annenberg Scholars Program in Culture and Communication will present two lectures this term by Visiting Scholars Cindy Patton on September 24 and José van Dijck on October 29. 

Faculty in the news

A study looking at why some individuals are prone to dislike everything (“Why haters have to hate”) by Prof. Dolores Albarracín continues to attract media interest; most recently a story in Slate.com.

Prof. Marwan M. Kraidy was interviewed by El Mercurio about Al Jazeera English. (Note: not translated).

Prof. Joseph Turow was interviewed by The New York Times for a story about personal information brokers.
